EDIRE team has organized consultative meetings with universities and research centers to discuss important issues related to research, projects, funding, and EDI principles, and explore ways to strengthen collaboration and partnerships among institutions.
The consultative meeting was attended by representatives from four esteemed universities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, namely the University of Sarajevo, the University of East Sarajevo, the University of Tuzla, and the University Sarajevo School of Science and Technology.
The meeting began with a presentation of data from previous surveys and focus groups that were organized for SSST staff by TU Dublin. Sara Clavero and Caitriona Delaney presented the collected data which provided valuable insights into the current state of research, funding, and EDI principles in the participating institution.
The attendees engaged in a lively discussion on key issues related to research, projects, funding, and EDI principles. The conversation focused on the importance of promoting EDI principles in research, the need for increased funding for research projects, and the benefits of collaborating with other institutions.
The participants explored various ways to strengthen collaboration and partnerships among institutions, including joint research projects, student and faculty exchange programs, and the sharing of resources and expertise.
