Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jasminka Hasić Telalović, the EDIRE project coordinator, participated as a speaker at the International Conference – 9th Sarajevo Winter Oncology Conference. This is the major annual conference that presents innovation in the medical field of Oncology.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jasminka Hasić Telalović presented the state of the art on the topic of “Artificial Intelligence in Oncology”. In addition, an upcoming project is to apply AI methods to data from Bosnia and Herzegovina through cooperation with Clinical Centar University of Sarajevo.
Augmenting research with these methods opens new horizons of discovery and at the same time, makes the research results more relevant, applicable, effective, equal, diverse, and inclusive.
