On Thursday, March 7th, we continued with the EDIRE activities aimed at strengthening the capacities of SSST staff. The first part of the agenda was dedicated to presenting the work of the Office of Research Projects and Administration (ORPA). ORPA is a part of the EDIRE project, within which it was established, and EDIRE partners provide selfless support in the development and further expansion of ORPA.
Edis Arifagić, a representative of ORPA, described the work of ORPA and opened a discussion with the attendees about future activities and plans within the office.
After the first part of the agenda, it was time for the EDIRE training for SSST academic staff titled: “From Abstract to Published Paper.” The training was conducted by Olga Kolotuchkina, a representative of Complutense University of Madrid. Olga facilitated a highly productive discussion with the ECRs of SSST and provided them with tips and tricks for further development in research fields, as well as making a meaningful contribution to the academic structure of SSST.
We extend our sincere thanks to the EDIRE partners for a very productive, useful, and content-rich week, and for sharing experiences and knowledge.
