EDIRE Management Training – Two Inspiring Days of Learning and Growth

Over the past two days, we brought together managers, leaders, and change-makers to explore how equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) can transform leadership and team culture.

Day 1: The Manager as a Creator of Team Dynamics and Inclusion
Participants reflected on what diversity means in their teams, explored how micro-behaviours shape belonging, and practiced techniques for hearing every voice. Through interactive exercises, they uncovered unconscious biases, learned how these affect delegation and recognition, and applied situational leadership in practical workshops.

Day 2: Fairness, Conflict, and Concrete Leadership Change
We dived deeper into hidden conflicts in teams, learning how to recognise and address micro-tensions. Participants practiced leading challenging conversations, explored fairness in goal-setting and evaluation, and designed their own personal action plans with three micro-habits for more inclusive leadership.

Across both days, the training was filled with interactive sessions, networking, reflection, and fun – creating not only stronger skills but also stronger connections.

We are proud of the openness, energy, and commitment shown by everyone who joined. These two days are just the beginning of turning insights into action for more inclusive and equitable leadership.

This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon Europe program for widening participation and spreading excellence under Grant Agreement number 101060145.
